My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The service was top-notch, with staff always eager to help. The food was delicious, especially with the variety available, and the pools were a serene escape. The location was great, but there were a few small hiccups with room refreshments not being always prompt. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with just minor areas for improvement.
